Applied Culture x offsites for scale-ups 

When we're working with clients on their ‘applied culture’ – taking their culture off the walls and into the halls, making it active in their day to day – at Mischief Makers B.V., we often see:

1️⃣ The culture leaders (think Netflix and WeTransfer) who we work with to bring their established overarching cultures into locally relevant day to day application for different departments & teams

2️⃣ The scaleups that are growing at lightspeed, who realise the importance of investing in human connection.

Recently, I had the joy of working with Bitvavo - a perfect example of group 2️⃣!

It was incredible to be with them at this peak moment: 200+ engaged minds in one amazing space, all focused on activating their company culture. The energy was electric! ⚡
