Emily harnesses her unique blend of experience, optimism, and infectious energy, to invite the world of work to become more human, making her a trusted advisor for world-leading clients like Netflix, Nike, and Greenpeace.

As CEO of the globally renowned agency Mischief Makers, she is best known for her thought leadership in Facilitation, and her advocacy for neurodiversity, female leadership, and inclusivity.

As a sought-after panellist and host, she’s held her own sharing a mic with the likes of Ed Sheeran and the Prince of Holland. However you’ll have to ask her for those stories yourself ;)

  • Since founding Mischief Makers with Lete Hulscher in 2019, highlights have included creating leading programmes for industry giants such as The UN, Netflix and Nike; bringing Human Centred Design to the heart of the UAE government; and creating impact driven mentorship programs across Europe for Soho House.

  • As a female founder with ADHD and dyslexia, Emily is an advocate for neurodiversity, particularly in the workplace. In 2022, she was recognised in the Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women. She is committed to championing equality and actively working on internal initiatives with here clients, focused on raising up women in Leadership.

  • Emily also Founded Routes In, a nonprofit that creates opportunity and access into the Creative Industries for young talent from underrepresented backgrounds. Talent is equally distributed, but opportunities are not; for the last 4 years, Routes In has been tackling this by matching over 250+ young talents with industry-leading mentors, across 6 countries.

  • Known for her unique, engaging and interactive style, Emily has spoken on stages such as The Guggenheim, TNW and Cannes Lions and appeared on a wide range of podcasts, panels and in publications. She is sought after for topics including The Future of Work, facilitation as the fuel for good, neurodiversity, and female leadership.
